![]() Click on Verify Integrity of Game Files.On the left side, there’s a Local Files tab that you need to click on. ![]() Right-click on the name and click on Properties.Update and/or uninstall Epic Launcher (for some reason, this seems to work for a few players).You can also uninstall Easy Anti Cheat and reinstall it.Next, double click EasyAntiCheat_Setup.Browse Local Files and find the EasyAntiCheat folder.Launch Steam and find the game in your Library.If at all it’s VPN-related, load up the game with VPN disabled and see if the error comes up.Go to your computer’s Windows Settings > Time and Language > Language > Administrative Language Settings > Change System Locale > Tick “Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support” and click on OK.Close Steam, restart it, and load up Elden Ring to see if it still comes up.
